With the plethora of aesthetic zirconia materials, we are now capable of moving zirconia to the smile zone when it needs function and esthetics.  This video tutorial is a case review about material choice and CEREC software workflow for an anterior bridge.  In addition to designing each individual tooth within the bridge, the software presents a pontic baseline tool and connector design metrics to optimize the aesthetic and engineering design needs.

This video is my workaround technique for creating an implant-supported bridge using the CEREC software.  In the future, hopefully, Dentsply Sirona will provide more creative workflows in the chairside software for making implant bridges.

With the CEREC dry-mill option for zirconia and the efficient Katana Speedfire cycle, Katana has become a reliable posterior full crown option in my CEREC theater.  This video is about my "bread & butter" workflow for posterior Katana single crown applications.

One of the most asked questions I have received in the last decade about the CEREC workflow is mastering occlusion with the finished restoration(s).  This video will address the major pointers I look for and apply when designing posterior restorations.  The content of this video applies to both Omnicam and Primescan users.

This is a model tip I learned from a lab technician years ago, and it works well on both digitally printed models and traditional stone models.

The video is a CEREC case study using Copy & Mirror workflow for a single central veneer.  The primary objective for this case is to brighten the tooth value using a conservative veneer to match the adjacent central.  Treating a single center is the ultimate aesthetic opportunity. This video will discuss preparation, ceramic choices, and cementation strategies.

This video highlights my incisal edge workflow using MiYO.  There are several advantages to MiYO over other coloring stain and glaze systems. First of all, the lower values, high values, and color applications can be accomplished with one application and firing.  Second, what is observed in the application wet stage will be seen in the post-firing condition.  Though MiYO has many characterizing and color applications, this video will deal with the color incisal edge strategy setup and color application sequencing.  Link to the following video for MiYO mixing and

There are a plethora of ceramic finishing videos on this website.  This video will document my workflow for shaping and texturing an eight-unit anterior case.  In this case, Amber Mill, by HASS Bio, is being used. I have discovered that each ceramic such as VITA felspathic, Empress, e.max, Suprinity, or Amber Mill have their own characteristics on how the surface and texturing applications turn out. However, the workflow and principles of shaping and texturing are the same.
