The emphasis for the CADStar Implant Channel 11 is about fabricating implant restorations using the CEREC system and support products. This video will have slightly a different twist.  It will review the flow for placing a  guided posterior implant using the Optiguide by Sirona/Dentsply system.

It is simple to add a contact when needed to zirconia with GC Luster Paste.  Infact, this is now my go to method for all my ceramic restorations, (VITA ceramics, Empress, and e.max).  It is very fast and predictable.

Zirconia cementation is simplistic. The post-cementation caveat is the interphase between the cement and the internal surface of the Zirconia crown.  Zirconia is slick to cement.  Conditioning Zirconia with a metal primer is only effective if the phospholipids can be removed.  Ivoclean removes the

There is a formula I use that provides me with certainty I will not see high occlusion in my seated CEREC restorations.  This video will guide you through one of those steps to master your CEREC occlusial outcomes.

Adequate occlusal reduction is my top priority when preparing. This is the number one factor for optimal CEREC software proposing, attractive morphology, and restoration longevity. This tutorial will highlight Dr. Klim's basic approach to posterior crown coverage CEREC restorations.

My primary key for designing quadrant restorations is aligning the same draw of the unprepared teeth proximal surfaces in the quad and that all the proximal contact surfaces have the same draw alignment between the

I have really become a believer in Adhese Universal and Esthetic Variolink (Dual) for my quadrant cementation technique.  It is about tissue management, isolation, a simplistic adhesive system to avoiding post cementation

With Omnicam, I am able to scan clean and crisp subgingival margins without packing cord or laser troughing.  This video will demonstrate my “go-to” Omnicam quad scanning technique for Omnicam.
