Completed this CEREC LAVA Ultimate onlay/inlay case this afternoon.  Tooth 30 had cracked tooth symptom and major cold sensitivity.  Horizontal/stained fracture lines at prep axial/pulpal floor distal buccal and lingual cusps.  With a solid rim of 1.0-1.5 mm of enamel for retentive bond, Lava adhesively bonded restorations will recapture function requirements for this case.  Interesting enough, patient was ecstatic about cold symptoms completely gone after procedure.
