Seated the CEREC 4.0 all-e.max bridges today!  The fits were incredible and only one occlusal adjustment to the lingual of #11 abutment.  One of the important values of in office CAD/CAM for me is the control factor for design, occlusion, and restorative finish.  The precision provided by the optical algorithms in CEREC 4.0 have elevated the milling results.  I enjoy pushing for new horizons with CEREC applications. Incisal effects were accomplished with labial cutback and Ceram incisal layering.
