This video will review making a screw access whole in the crown when using the two piece implant approach. My objective for two piece design even when a one piece approach will work is decided on the aesthetic blend factor. A two piece implant restoration will provide more aesthetic matching options and yet can be cemented out of the mouth and screwed in as a one piece prosthetic restoration.
